During this 8 week session you will learn everything you need to know to begin or refresh your yoga practice.
Experience eight, 75 min classes that will include meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga practice and community. This is a great way to build or rebuild a foundation for a solid yoga practice from the safety of your own home. Being with the same group for 8 weeks will help you too monitor improvements in your yoga practice as well as make friends and build community.
