Make Sunday's mornings more mindful with Trista and Kat
Choose to reveal the many gifts that you have inside of yourself through beautiful discussion, mediation, breathwork, mindfulness and more. This month we will focus on the gifts of meditation.
-What is Mindfulness how can we create this as part of our day to day existence
-Mantra, the power of the voice to focus the mind
-Metta-What is this, what does it really mean? Cultivating Loving Kindness through traditional Loving Kindness Practices
-Meditation- dwelling deeply in the heart and mind
This program was designed to help you find the peace and wisdom that resides within you to help reveal your own personal power.
During the 4 week sessions expect to learn simple yet powerful mindfulness, yoga and meditation techniques, discuss important topics and philosophies and start, restart or enhance your current meditation practice.
Trista Davis and Kat Boehm will guide you online through the month of March on Sunday's from 10am-11:15am plus will provide optional practices to add to your daily life every single week.
Price includes five 60-75min classes, handouts and reading and listening suggestions to solidify or enhance your meditation practice. Classes will be mostly discussion or meditation but be ready and comfy for Yoga!
This session is great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
