The 5 step yoga solution to restore your rest

Sleep Recovery is a multi-method approach to assist in healthy sleep habits; using yoga sequences, breath work, meditation, journaling, marma points and more. This program was designed using western medicine science as well as the yogic science of Ayurveda. Take a deep dive into your habits (both day and night) and learn how these things are effecting your sleep, then learn tools to help you change those habits for better sleep hygiene.
Join Misty for 5 weeks of Workshop classes.
Students will need to bring water, pen, yoga mat and props (blocks and a strap).
Homework for this series includes reading Sleep Recovery as well as journaling and keeping a sleep log.
Cost: $159 (Includes 10 hours of workshop, Sleep Recovery book and other course materials)
