Sleep Recovery Free Introductory Workshop

Sleep struggles come in many different forms. Maybe it takes you forever to fall asleep? There are no two people that struggle the same which is why many sleep courses, fixes or gadgets don’t always work.
Lisa Sanfillipo has taken her many years as a psychotherapist and yoga therapist, as well as her background in Ayurveda to create a program that can assist anyone with their sleep concerns. Misty has taken the training to become a Sleep Recovery Practitioner and is offering a free workshop to introduce you to the concepts of groundbreaking protocol.
