A focused private session for something that feels present, immediate, or ready to be explored.

This is a good option if you are new to somatic coaching, want support with a particular situation, or need a place to slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Your session may include conversation, body awareness, nervous-system education, guided reflection, breath, gentle movement, grounding, meditation, or another practice chosen to support what you need.

Each session is approximately 60 to 75 minutes.

A single session can offer clarity, support, and a meaningful place to begin. Deeper patterns usually benefit from ongoing work.
