Wellness That Comes to You
Bring a meaningful, professionally facilitated wellness experience directly to your workplace, community group, conference, retreat, school, support organization, or private event. Each offering can be adapted to suit your audience, accessibility needs, available space, and schedule. Sessions may be practical, reflective, restorative, or thoughtfully combine all three.
Trista brings extensive training in somatic practice, meditation, breathwork, grief support, trauma-informed yoga, and accessible movement. She is skilled at making complex ideas clear, relevant, and easy to apply, using real-life examples and practical tools rather than overwhelming participants with theory.
Her facilitation style is warm, grounded, and engaging. Participants are never pressured to share personal information, perform, or have previous experience with yoga, meditation, or somatic practices. Every session is designed to feel inclusive, respectful, and approachable for a wide range of bodies, backgrounds, and comfort levels.
Trista has created and delivered experiences for law firms, schools, women’s conferences, small businesses, community organizations, and private groups. Her sessions are designed to be memorable and meaningful, while also giving participants tools and insights they can carry into their everyday lives.
Travelling Sound Bath/Healing Session
A travelling sound healing brings the calming experience of sound directly to your workplace, community space, retreat, conference, or private gathering.
Participants are guided into a comfortable position, either seated or lying down, before being invited to settle through gentle breath awareness and relaxation. From there, they are supported through a sound experience designed to help quiet the mind, soften tension, and create space to simply rest.
Sound sessions are available in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute formats.
They can be booked as a stand-alone experience or combined with another talk or workshop to create a more complete event. This allows participants to leave with practical tools and new understanding, while also having time to slow down, receive, and relax.
No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or sound healing is required.
Mindfulness and Meditation
Simple, approachable practices for people who want to feel more present, grounded, and connected without feeling like they need to be good at meditation
Mindfulness for Everyday Stress
A practical workshop offering simple ways to pause, ground, and notice what is happening internally before stress completely takes over.
Participants will leave with accessible tools they can use during busy workdays, difficult moments, or times when they feel scattered or overwhelmed.
Meditation for Real Life
Meditation is not about clearing your mind, sitting perfectly still, or doing it “right.” This approachable workshop introduces participants to different ways of meditating and helps them discover what works best for their body, attention, and everyday life. Perfect for beginners, busy minds, and anyone who thinks they are bad at meditation.
Emotional Regulation in the Workplace
Practical, body-based tools that help people recognize stress earlier, respond more intentionally, and recover more effectively after demanding moments.
These sessions are educational and experiential. They are not therapy, and participants are never required to share personal information.
The Somatic Stress Reset
Participants learn how stress shows up in the body and explore simple practices for grounding, releasing tension, and returning to a steadier state.
This is a strong choice for staff wellness days, professional-development events, conferences, and teams working in high-pressure environments.
Recognizing Stress Before It Takes Over
A practical workshop focused on noticing the early signs of activation before they become overwhelm, shutdown, conflict, or exhaustion.
Participants learn to identify their own stress signals and practice simple ways to create more space, choice, and clarity in the moment.
Supporting the Nervous System at Work
An accessible introduction to how the nervous system influences concentration, communication, decision-making, energy, and emotional steadiness.
Participants leave with discreet tools they can use throughout the day without needing special equipment, privacy, or a large amount of time.
Personal Development Talks and Workshops
Thoughtful and engaging sessions that help people reflect on how they are living, what they are carrying, and what may be ready to change.
These can be offered as talks, interactive workshops, conference sessions, staff-development experiences, or part of a retreat.
Worth Beyond Productivity
Many people have learned to measure their value through achievement, usefulness, responsibility, or how much they can carry.
This talk explores the difference between being valuable in a role and being worthy as a person, and what can change when worth is no longer something we have to constantly prove.
Getting Out of Autopilot
A conversation about the routines, roles, and protective patterns that can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves and their lives.
Participants are invited to notice where they may be moving through life automatically and consider what would help them feel more present, curious, and engaged.
Compassion That Includes Yourself
A practical exploration of compassion that does not require over giving, fixing everyone, or abandoning your own needs.
This session looks at how self-compassion, boundaries, and emotional honesty can work together, especially for people who spend much of their time caring for, leading, or supporting others.
Yoga and Breathwork
Accessible, welcoming movement sessions brought directly to your workplace, community group, conference, retreat, or private event. Each class can be adapted for different bodies, mobility levels, ages, and levels of experience. Participants do not need to be flexible, physically fit, or familiar with yoga. Sessions may be offered in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute formats, depending on your group and schedule.
Accessible Yoga
A supportive yoga class designed for beginners and groups with a wide range of bodies, abilities, and experience levels. Participants are offered different ways to approach each movement so they can choose what works for them. The focus is on moving comfortably, building body awareness, and creating a welcoming experience without pressure or comparison. This session may be offered standing, seated, on mats, or as a combination.
Chair Yoga
A gentle movement practice completed primarily from a chair, making it a practical choice for workplaces, seniors’ communities, conferences, community organizations, and groups with limited space or mobility. Chair yoga may include stretching, joint movement, balance support, gentle strengthening, breath awareness, and relaxation. Participants can take part in everyday clothing, and no mats or previous yoga experience are required.
Yoga and Breathwork
A balanced session combining accessible movement with guided breathing practices. Participants begin with gentle yoga to release tension and reconnect with the body, followed by approachable breath practices designed to support grounding, focus, energy, or relaxation. This session can be adapted to suit the needs of the group and does not require intense or advanced breathwork.
Yoga sessions can also be combined with mindfulness, somatic education, personal development, or sound healing to create a longer and more complete wellness experience.
Create a Custom Experience
Every group is different. Your session can be customized around your audience, setting, accessibility needs, time available, and what you would most like participants to receive. Experiences may include sound healing, mindfulness, meditation, somatic practices, nervous-system education, personal development, gentle movement, reflection, journaling, or meaningful conversation.
A talk or workshop can also be combined with sound healing to create a cohesive experience that offers both practical learning and time to rest. Tell us who the experience is for, what your group is navigating, and how you would like them to feel when they leave. Together, we can create something that fits.
