Welcome to the Community
Above Average Wellness is a safe, welcoming, and genuinely fun place for yoga, fitness, and healing in Edmonton, Alberta, located at 14825 Yellowhead Trail founded by Trista Davis.
We offer yoga and fitness classes, women’s circles, retreats, wellness workshops, and 1 on 1 sessions for people of all walks of life, with all different bodies and abilities.
W believe everyone deserves to try something new without fear of judgment. This is a space where you can show up as you are, take up space, and feel supported.
We also have a beautiful metaphysical shop inside the studio. You’ll find crystals, ritual kits, essential oils, incense, spiritual tools, and other little treasures to support your intentions and your everyday self care.
If you want to get to know us first, we have two free Facebook groups you can join as well. Come hang out, learn about what’s happening, and feel the vibe.
